WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
It is important you understand that payment for medical services is considered part of the treatment process. Prior to your treatment, we will attempt to confirm your insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to provide current and accurate insurance information, including any updates or changes in coverage. If you fail to do so, you will be held financially responsible.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved insurance policies for which we are an approved provider. It is your responsibility to know your own insurance benefits, including whether we are a contracted provider with your insurance company, your covered benefits and any exclusions in your insurance policy, and any pre-authorization requirements of your insurance company.Our process generally takes 45-60 days from the time we receive the claim, depending on the contract we have with your insurance company. If we have a contract with your insurance company, we will bill them first, minus any co-payments or deductibles, and then bill you for the remainder.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
Same day appointments are determined based on demand, and need. If you or your loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, we recommend, calling 911, or visiting your closet local emergency department.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO COVER MY VISIT?
A copy of your ID and insurance card will be made for your records. Providing a copy of your insurance card does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed for the services rendered. You should be aware that some insurance providers have Out-of-Network benefits that may have a higher co-pay or other costs. If you receive services with Out-of Network benefits, you may have a higher financial responsibility
